Citadel Player Portal

This page includes the instructions for how to gain access to the Citadel Player Portal. The Player Portal is where you can register your information as a Citadel participant (PC & NPC), submit your character history and character build (XP), and gain access to the other pre and post event forms.

Citadel Player Portal

Anyone who wishes to attend a Citadel event must create an account on the Citadel Player Portal.

The link above will take you to our private, secure player portal. Information shared on the Player Portal is only accessible to Citadel Staff and yourself.

If you're new to the game, whether you're interested in creating a character (PC) or want to be a full time volunteer (NPC), please start by submitting a New Player Form.

Once that form has been approved by Citadel Staff, you will gain access to the Character Submission form and other important forms.

Important Deadlines

Citadel LARP is entirely run by a volunteer staff. The below deadlines ensure that we can complete all the logistical needs in time for the events and provide players with the best experience possible.

If you ever miss a deadline or have an issue meeting one, please communicate with us and we can work with you.

Pre-event Forms:

All Pre-Event forms are found in the Player Portal. Once you complete the Event Registration Form, the NPC shift and Cabin Request forms are attached to that ticket.

Payment is completed through the website shop.

  • Event Registration Form -- 1 week prior to the event

  • NPC Shift form -- 1 week prior to the event

    • Unlocked after payment is verified. This is a manual process, so please allow for a few days before contacting us with any concerns.

  • Cabin Request form -- 1 week prior to the event

    • Unlocked after payment is verified. This is a manual process, so please allow for a few days before contacting us with any concerns.

  • Payment -- 1 week prior to the event

    • If needed, we may allow you to differ payment until the day of the event. Please contact us.

Post-Event Forms:

All Post-Event Forms are found in the Player Portal and will be attached to the Event Registration ticket. They automatically become available the day after the event.

  • Check-Out Form -- 4 weeks after the event.

    • This is the form that allows you to spend your earned XP.

  • Feedback Form -- 4 weeks after the event

  • BGA Forms -- 4 weeks after the event

**Please Note: The deadline for Post-Event Forms may be adjusted if we happen to have events closer together than usual. If an adjustment is made, this will be announced at Closing Ceremonies and posted in the Discord.
